Return and Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at Otto Maps.

Digital products:

We do not issue refunds for Digital Products.
Files are delivered electronically.
Once the order is placed, you will receive an email with download instructions.
If you do not see the email, please check your junk folder.

Contact us for assistance if you experience any issues downloading the files.

Poster Prints:

We do not issue refunds on Print orders. We don't keep stock on-hand, but rather have them printed as needed. Shortly after the order is placed, the printing process will start. OttoMaps incurs a cost at this time making it not possible to cancel the order.

If poster arrives damaged, please contact us and send a photo of the damaged goods. We will send you a replacement.
